This would be fine in theory but where are our previous credits and why when I called specifically to ask how to apply my credits to my monthly box was I told that I couldnt do that and it had to be used in the store when in this video you're telling us it could only be used for our monthly box???
Yeah I'm sorry Zamplebox but your customer service has been severely lacking. You can't push flavors as such a point of pride when the only truly gross flavors I've ever had were in my zampleboxes in the past three months.
I understand the community and level of loyalty you're trying to build here and I love that idea— but making changes like that without transparency does not a customer base grow.

That new system change is not so cool. I referred a friend cause of the 50 for 50 Deal. And now ... boom everything is gone ... no pretty cool change .... Now my referrals are also much lower than before ... I'm really not amused about that
