At first glance, you'll be intrigued if not off-put by the unique alienesque green tone of this juice. Reading the flavor profile, you raise a brow. "Glazed Lemon Cake...hmm", on first pull its surprising. You get a creamy milk lemon zest. You may think " hmmm...I don't know about this" ...as I did. The exhale leaves a sweet lemon glaze on the palette. Not a cheapy artificial lemon taste which is a definite plus. I don't know if it was because this was my first desert juice or the actual juice itself but I didn't like it...at first. After a bit of time passes...you miss it... a bit more...I couldn't put it down. Great medium throat hit. Huge flavor filled billowy clouds. Two thumbs up.
