WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

New ZampleBox memberships begin processing immediately upon sign up, and your first ZampleBox will leave our warehouse shortly after (usually between 1-2 business days).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RECURRING SHIPMENTS?

Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign up date. For example if you joined on the 1st, your next shipment will be billed and processed on the 1st of the following month and so on. If you join on the 15th of the month, then your next shipment will be billed and processed on the 15th of the following month and so on.

I RECENTLY MOVED, BUT I THINK MY LAST SHIPMENT WAS SHIPPED TO MY OLD ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
